When the Top Ten Metro Target City is identified here is a sample planning sheet that the host conference can adapt to their situation.

- Begin Monthly Conf Momentum Team Meetings with pastors and lay leaders
- Speaker meets with Area pastors & leaders
- Speaker meets with all Conf pastors to invite participation in either host site or satellite/DVD meetings
- Pastors/Teachers Set goals for desired # people ready to join Advent movement by satellite reaping for each church/school/institution
- Churches/Schools complete & vote Planning Worksheet and send it to Conference; put on monthly board agenda
